 Payment details

Make sure you have a bank account on file.

If there’s no bank account on file at the time payment is sent, you will need to manually transfer your Payout Balance.

 Dispatch the item

Gather the weight & dimensions of the packaged item and get a postage label.

• For US users, you can purchase a postage label from Reverb and opt for Safe Delivery.
• For users in the EU or UK, you can get a postage label through our partners at Packlink.
• If you get a postage label through the carrier directly, be sure to manually enter the tracking information on the orders page.

 Get paid

You'll be notified once your earnings have been sent to your bank account.

• For your first sale, payment is sent to your bank account within 1-2 business days of the item being delivered or Marked as Received (for local pickup).
• After your first sale, payment is sent to your bank account within 1-2 business days of your item being in-transit or Marked as Received (for local pickup).
• Payment notifications will be done via email, and payments take 1-4 business days to process in your bank account.

 Leave feedback

Once the sale is complete, leave feedback for your buyer describing your experience with them, which helps the Reverb community.

Be sure to:

• Track your package on your orders page after the item is delivered to make sure the delivery status on the order updates accordingly with the carrier's website.
  • If the tracking information on Reverb does not update, your earnings are not automatically initiated. Contact Reverb Support if this is the case.
• Pay attention to your Reverb notifications throughout the process in case the buyer messages you.
