Hello, how can we help you?

How to set up combined delivery

Quick answer

Combined delivery helps grow your sales by offering discounted postage rates to your buyers when they purchase multiple items. This can be set up in your delivery profile in your Shop Settings page.

Set up combined delivery

Why should I offer combined delivery?

  1. Grow your sales
Encourage your Reverb customers to buy more at once. Get special Combine & Save callouts and a row of Combine & Save listings on your listing pages.
  2. Choose what to bundle
Make buying smaller items from your shop more appealing to your buyers.
  3. Save more time
Avoid requests for postage refunds from customers who bought multiple items.

How does combined delivery work?

Combined delivery allows you to offer discounted postage rates to your buyers when they purchase multiple items from your shop, encouraging them to buy more from you. When a buyer has multiple items from your shop in their basket, they pay full delivery on the item with the highest postage price, then your discounted combined rate on each additional item.

FAQs

What does the "Set free delivery" option do?

By setting the combined delivery rate to zero, or ticking “set free delivery”, you can encourage buyers to add additional items to their basket without increasing the postage cost.

How does combined delivery work when an offer is made?

When a negotiated item is dispatched together with something else, we will apply whichever is cheaper between its negotiated/combined postage price.

In cases where you have negotiated a higher postage cost to account for special delivery arrangements (such as next-day air mail), we will respect the increased postage cost for this item at checkout, even if the rates in your delivery profile are cheaper.

Where is combined delivery advertised for buyers?

Buyers can find callouts for “Combine & Save” delivery on item pages, in their baskets, and while they are at checkout. This is also promoted while browsing your shop page.
