How do postage labels on Reverb work?

Quick answer

You can purchase a postage label on Reverb through your Orders page by choosing Get Postage Label. Select the desired add-ons, print the label, and put it on the parcel before dropping it off with the selected courier. If you want to edit the tracking information or cancel the label (before it has been scanned), you can also do that from your Orders page.

Be sure to send your item within 3 business days of the purchase confirmation.

How are postage labels on Reverb different from direct courier delivery labels?

Reverb offers sellers the option to purchase discounted postage labels at a great value through popular couriers in both the US and UK. EU and UK sellers can also get postage labels on Reverb through our partners at Packlink. When you purchase a postage label on Reverb, you’ll work directly with Reverb if there are any issues that do not pertain to how the item was packaged. Simply contact Reverb Support for assistance.

What is Safe Delivery purchased through Reverb?

With Safe Delivery, you’re covered in the event your parcel gets lost or damaged during delivery, or if your parcel was stolen after delivery. Our insurance partners at XCover will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. Safe Delivery can be applied to postage labels at purchase, where you’ll receive an email from XCover to activate your account. If a parcel is damaged or lost, head to your Orders page and select the Make a Claim button to file a claim with XCover.

Important: If you decline Safe Delivery while creating your postage label on Reverb, you assume responsibility for any loss or damages to your shipment. Your shipment does not carry protection from Reverb, XCover, or the courier.

Reverb app instructions:

You can purchase a postage label and manually add tracking information on an order through the most current versions of the iOS and Android apps. When using the Reverb app:

  1. Select My Reverb on iOS or the Menu Button on the top left of the screen on Android.
  2. Select Orders.
  3. The rest of the steps will be the same as above.
