To edit an order's tracking information:
- Go to your orders page and find the order.
- Select the order you want to edit.
- Once you’re on the order page, click Edit Tracking Info under Delivery Details.
- Be sure to let the buyer know via Reverb messages and you’re all set.
To cancel or void a postage label on Reverb:
This feature is only available to users in the USA and is not currently available on the Reverb app.
- Go to your orders page.
- Find the order.
- Click Cancel Label.
Once your label is cancelled, you’ll be able to buy a new one, and the cost of the original label will be refunded. The charge for the new postage label will be added to your monthly bill – it won’t be taken from your Reverb Payments earnings.
Cancelling additional postage labels
If you’ve cancelled extra postage labels linked to the same order, you’ll need to contact Reverb Support and our team will send you updated additional postage labels.
To cancel or void a Packlink postage label:
Packlink is only available to users in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and the UK.
- Log in to your Packlink account and find the label under the Ready For Shipping tab.
- Go to the package you want to cancel.
- Click the Cancel Shipping Label button on the right.
It may take a few days for the label status to update, but you won’t be charged for the label if you cancel and it hasn’t been used.
To change the delivery address on your sale:
Due to county sales tax rules, Reverb will need to manually update address details.
Changing a delivery address to one with the same post code:
If the buyer is outside the US, these steps also apply.
- Reply to the buyer to confirm you’ve received their request.
- Contact Reverb Support with the order number and the new address details.
- Our Support Team will update the delivery address.
Changing a delivery address to one with a different post code:
- Reply to the buyer to confirm you’ve received their request.

Start a refund on the order with the reason Change shipping address.
- Once the order has been fully refunded, contact Reverb Support. Please provide the order number and the new delivery address for the order.
- We’ll recreate the original order at the same price, and the new order will automatically appear on your orders page.
- Once this is done, let the buyer know they can now pay again from their basket.
To change your return delivery address:
Reverb uses the address for your Shop Location in your Shop Profile as the return address on your postage label bought through Reverb. You can update this address at any time.
To get a new postage label with your updated return address:
- Go to your orders page.
- Find the order.
- Click Cancel Label.
- Go back to the order and click Get Shipping Label.
You’ll also have the chance to review and edit your return delivery address when creating your new postage label.
