If you're ordering an item on Reverb and would like to pick the item up from the seller in person, you'll just need to confirm with the seller that they would be able to deliver the order to you locally. You can message the seller about this option by clicking the "Message Seller" button on the item listing.
After you and the seller have agreed on the local pickup and you've received the item from them, you can then mark your item as received on your Purchases Page by clicking on the "Mark as Received" button underneath the item. This way, we can make sure that your order was completed and everything has been taken care of for you.
*Please note - Orders paid using either PayPal or Affirm financing will not be eligible for local pickup, as it voids their buyer protection*
