You can confirm if a listing is eligible by looking for this banner on the listing page:
If the seller hasn't made their listing available for the Local Pickup option, you'll need to confirm with the seller that they would be able to deliver the order to you locally. You can message the seller about this option by clicking the "Message Seller" button on the listing.
How to confirm you've received a local pickup:
After you've received the item, you can then mark your item as received on your Purchases Page by clicking on the "Mark as Received" button underneath the item. This way, we can make sure that your order was completed and everything has been taken care of for you.
Orders paid using PayPal or Affirm financing are not eligible for local pickup.
