Here are some troubleshooting tips to help make sure you are receiving all emails from Reverb:
- Make sure that your account’s email address is correct. You can check this on the My Profile page, and update it there if necessary.
- There's a chance that your email provider may think Reverb is "spam". Please double check your junk, spam, and promotions folders to see if the email got directed there.
- We see some email domains being more problematic than others, such as Hotmail. In these situations, we recommend changing your Reverb email to a more reliable email domain, such as Gmail.
- If your emails are going anywhere but your main inbox, you can save the Reverb email address in your contacts to ensure these emails get directed to your primary inbox moving forward.

If you purchased an item using PayPal or Apple Pay, your order confirmation may have been directed to the email address associated with that particular payment method.
For users outside of the United States: It's possible that your account is not opted-in receive our emails. Make sure you are opted-in by checking your Email Preferences Page.
