We know that receiving negative feedback on your order can be disappointing and sometimes unexpected. That said, keep in mind that the buyer or seller of your order is entitled to express how they feel the transaction went.
The best way to handle these situations is leaving a professional, publicly viewable rebuttal to the feedback. Any user who may be reviewing your account’s feedback in the future will see this rebuttal in addition to the original feedback.
If an order is fully refunded, Reverb can remove feedback by request. New feedback cannot be added to orders that have already been fully refunded.
