How to export your statements

Exporting statement information to a spreadsheet is a great way to hold your billing records in one place. Reverb provides a downloadable CSV file which can be imported into Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and more. 

To export your statements:

  1. Head to your My Bill page.
  2. Locate the Billing Period you’d like to export, and select Export.
  3. The CSV file will automatically download onto your device.
  4. Navigate to the file, and open the CSV with the program of your choice (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apache OpenOffice, etc.).

Information Available in Statements Export

  • Date
  • Type of fee/credit
  • Description
  • Sale Price
  • Reverb Fee
  • Sale Price and Reverb Fee Currency
  • Payment Method
  • Payment Processing Fee
  • Payment Processing Fee Currency
  • Paid To You
  • Paid To You Currency
  • Order ID
