How do I cancel an order after it has been paid for?

Occasionally, circumstances arise that lead to orders being canceled after a buyer submits payment. When this happens, a full refund must be issued to the buyer by the seller to cancel the order out.

If no tracking information has been added and/or no payout has been disbursed, sellers are not charged anything for this full refund. Additionally, there are no fees charged for this action.

To cancel a paid order:

  1. Head to your Orders page.
  2. Find the order you’d like to cancel, and choose Initiate a Refund.
  3. Enter the Reason for Refund.
  4. Select Issue Refund.

This should now show as a refunded order. Ensure the buyer is notified and you are all set.

If you purchased a shipping label through Reverb, it is not automatically cancelled and will need to be done so manually. This can also be done on your Orders page.
