Where can I update my bank account on file?

Quick answer

Sellers who use Reverb Payments can update their bank account information within their Shop Settings.

Update my bank account on file

To change the bank account of your shop, select Connect a different account with Plaid.

Updating your bank account on the Reverb app

iOS:

  • Select My Reverb on the bottom right. 
  • Select the gear icon on the top left to go to your Settings.
  • Select Edit Shop.
  • Scroll down and select Edit Other Shop Policies.
  • Enter your bank information and then select Save Changes on the bottom.

Android:

  • Select My Reverb on the bottom right. 
  • Select the gear icon on the top right to go to your Settings.
  • Select Payouts.
  • Select View Payment Settings on the top right.
  • Enter your bank information and then select Save Changes on the bottom.
