Where can I update my bank account on file?

Sellers who use Reverb Payments can update their bank account information within their Shop Settings.

Update my bank account on file

To change your shop's bank account:

  • Go to your Menu on the top right and select Shop Settings.
  • This should take you to your Shop Policies page.
  • Select the Edit button to the right of How you'll get paid.
  • Make sure Bank account is selected, then select the Update Bank Account button. From there, follow the instructions to update your bank account info via Plaid.

  • Select the Update settings button.

Updating your bank account on the Reverb app

  • Select My Reverb on the bottom right. 
  • Select Wallet, then How you get paid.
  • Locate How you'll get paid and select the Edit button to the right of it.
  • Under Bank account, select the Update Bank Account button.
  • After you've connected your bank account, select the Update settings button.
  • Select My Reverb on the bottom right. 
  • Select How you get paid.
  • Locate How you'll get paid and select the Edit button to the right of it.
  • Under Bank account, select the Update Bank Account button.
  • After you've connected your bank account, select the Update settings button.
