How do I qualify for buyer/seller protection?

In order to qualify for buyer and seller protection, your transaction must occur directly through Reverb. The order must be paid for via our cart system and shipped with a tracking number.

You can head to your purchases page in the "Buying" section of your account to check your order's status at any point during the transaction.
