Ultimately, the party responsible for return shipping costs is to be determined by the buyer and the seller, and is usually based on the circumstances of the specific return*. *If an item arrives not as described to the buyer, we do expect the seller to provide the return shipping label in that scenario. If the return shipment is originating from the U.S., you should be able to purchase a Reverb Shipping Label once the refund is conditionally approved via your Orders page.
