What happens if a buyer doesn't pay?

When an offer is accepted, buyers are prompted to submit payment from their Cart within 3 days of the offer being accepted. Seller fees are only assessed once a buyer actually pays for an item.

If a buyer has not paid in this timeline, send them a message to check in. If the buyer needs more time to pay, contact Reverb Support so we can manually extend their allotted time. If the order needs to be cancelled, you can cancel it by heading to your Orders page and selecting Cancel Order.

If the buyer fails to pay within 5 days, Reverb will automatically cancel the order and re-list your item.
