I am having issues confirming the email address for my Reverb account

Sorry about that! First, if you are having issues locating the confirmation email, we always recommend checking your spam, junk, and promotions folders in your email account to ensure our message didn't slip through the cracks. If you're still not seeing that email, just shoot us a message so we can troubleshoot the issue and get your account activated. You can also send an email to support@reverb.com (from the email address you are trying to confirm), so we can assist with the confirmation.

Keep in mind, when confirming a new Reverb account on a mobile device, you may be redirected to the mobile account creation page. This is because your new account is not yet signed in on that browser. In order to confirm the email, you’ll need to click on the Log Into Account Screen. Select that, and then sign in using your email and password that you used when signing up for the account.

After you’re signed in, return to your mail app or mail website and open your original verification email and click the verification link. This process cannot be done from the Reverb mobile app at this time.

This mobile email confirmation process is the same for both new Reverb.com and Reverb LP accounts.
