Help! Nothing is syncing from my Bigcommerce account.

If none of your items are syncing, then try each of these solutions in this order to trigger a sync.

  1. Turn the “Sync Updates to Existing Listings…” setting off and on. Try to sync.
  2. Reset your webhooks at the bottom of the settings page. Try a resync.
  3. Update your API key. Log into your Reverb account, go into your Reverb settings, click “Generate New API Key”, copy and paste the key into this apps settings menu. Try to Resync.
  4. Reinstall the application.
