My inventory is not syncing back to Shopify and I have the sync turned on.

If you see that your Shopify inventory is not updating after a Reverb order, it may be a from a common issue we are working to debug. It can result in listings staying live in Reverb after a sale, and it’s important that when you are placing your order from Reverb to ensure that your inventory is accurate after the sale.

You may need to manually lower your inventory after your Reverb sale to ensure accurate levels. Please send an email to integrations@reverb.com with the sku that is not syncing.
