Why is My Bigcommerce Product in the Wrong Category on Reverb?

Reverb will default an item’s category to the most specific subcategory selected for a product.

If a product is selected into multiple parent categories (ie, if you have a  “Sale” parent category), Reverb will default to the first parent category selected.

Ensure the appropriate product category is selected for a product and do not map any parent categories that do not fit Reverb’s categories.
