A product will always default to Brand New when it syncs. If you specified its product condition as Used, it will default to Very Good On Reverb. If you categorize it to Refurbished, it will specify that item as Mint.

You can also use the field reverb_condition with the value equal to the condition of item in the custom field tab. This will override the drop down Product condition on Reverb.
