Hello, how can we help you?

Why is my account locked?

There are several reasons why Reverb may lock your account:

  • Your seller information needs to be verified to meet requirements for the INFORM Consumers Act, Digital Services Act, or DAC7 tax requirements.
  • Your listing(s) need to be updated to abide by our Listings Guidelines.
  • You’ve engaged in activity that violates our Terms & Policies.

How do I unlock my account?

If your account is locked because you haven’t met requirements for the INFORM Consumers Act or DAC7, follow these steps:

  1. Add your payment destination to the “policies” section of your Shop Settings.
Sellers using Reverb Payments will either verify their bank information via Plaid or enter their bank account number(s). All other sellers will add their PayPal account details.
  1. Provide your tax and contact information.

If your account is locked for any other reason, you should have received an email from Reverb Support. To continue using Reverb, please reply directly to the email and Reverb Support will help you provide the information needed to unlock your account.
