Hello, how can we help you?

Why do I have an additional “plan fee” charge from Reverb?

Quick answer

Visa, Mastercard, and some banks offer installment plans for large purchases. You typically opt in this plan through the credit card company or bank directly. In the description of the charge, they’ll put the merchant’s name in which you purchased from. It is important to note that any charges coming from Reverb.com will always begin with either Reverb.com LLC or Reverb BV. Any charge that does not begin with these titles is not associated with Reverb.

For example, you may see a charge in your account that looks something like the below.

Since the charge description begins with PLAN FEE, it is not a charge from Reverb.com. If you have questions about this type of charge in your account, you should contact your credit card provider or bank to discuss in more detail.
