Buyers in the U.S. have the option to purchase warranty on their item through Mulberry, a third-party warranty provider separate from Reverb and the seller. This purchasing option is only available on the browser version of Reverb at this time. You can contact Mulberry by phone at (808) 563-5853 or by emailing help@getmulberry.com. Filing and managing claims will need to be done through your Mulberry account.

How to add a Protection Plan to your purchase
On the web, you can add the Mulberry Protection Plan to your purchase during the checkout process. In your Cart, select the box next to Add 2 year protection plan. You can also select the Plan highlights arrow within this section to review plan information.
The default plan length is 2 years, but if you’d like to make it 3 years, select Change plan length in blue.
Activating your Mulberry account
Simply follow the directions on the Mulberry Activation email that you received after your order was placed.
If you don’t see the email, you can also activate your account by clicking the URL in the associated order on your Purchases page.
How to start a claim with Mulberry
- Log into your Mulberry account.
- Select File a Claim on your item.
You can contact Mulberry by emailing help@getmulberry.com or by calling them at (808) 563-5853 with phone support Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT and Saturday - Sunday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. CT. You can also access your Mulberry account here.
Since Mulberry is a third-party company, Reverb Support is unable to assist with warranty claims.
At this time, Mulberry Protection Plans are only available to customers based in the U.S.

Can I add a Mulberry Protection Plan to my item after I’ve already completed my purchase?
No, the Mulberry Protection Plan must be purchased at checkout with your item.
Does my seller have anything to do with my Mulberry purchase?
No, sellers are not part of the Mulberry warranty process. If any additional information is required as part of a claim, Mulberry will reach out to Reverb directly.
Why am I seeing two orders associated with my purchase?
The Mulberry Protection Plan will have a separate order number associated with it as the Protection Plan is not something offered by the seller.
Will my Protection Plan be refunded if my order is refunded?
Yes, if your order is fully refunded, the protection plan will be automatically fully refunded as well. The refund will show up as a second line item on your credit card/bank statement.
If the item total is refunded, but the initial shipping costs or a restocking fee are withheld from your refund, contact Reverb Support to process the refund.
Are there any dollar amount maximums for Mulberry Protection?
Mulberry will not be available for items in the Electronics category over $19,999 and the Musical Instruments category for $29,999. Mulberry is not available for items in “Poor” or “Non-functioning” condition.
