Sellers have 24 hours to fulfill a two-day shipping order. This means that we expect the item to start transit within 24 hours of the original payment clearing, and be delivered no later than the end of the third business day. This does not apply to negotiated offers.
If you ordered an item with 2-day shipping and the timeline does not meet the above criteria, you should contact the seller to discuss the following:
- A refund of the difference between the seller's 2-day shipping rate and standard shipping rate.
