I ordered my item with 2-day shipping and have not received it as soon as expected. What can be done?

Sellers have 24 hours to fulfill a two-day shipping order. This means that we expect the item to start transit within 24 hours of the original payment clearing, and be delivered no later than the end of the third business day. This does not apply to negotiated offers.

If you ordered an item with 2-day shipping and your package is taking longer than expected, you may be eligible for the following:

  • Credit in the form of Reverb Bucks towards future Reverb purchases.
  • A refund of the difference between the seller's 2-day shipping rate and standard shipping rate.

It's always best to reach out to the seller of your item directly to notify them of any shipping delays, but you can also submit a Help Request and we'd be happy to assist you.
