How to enable automatic offer responses

1. Sign into Reverb.com, head to your Shop Policies page, and scroll down to the Your Offers Policies section.
2. Toggle the button 'on' next to Automatically accept or decline Offers from buyers.

3. Select the item condition in which you will accept these automatic offer responses.
   Note: Only authorized retailers can list Brand New and B-Stock items.
4. Distinguish which listings are eligible for automatic offer responses based on the lowest and highest price point. For example, you can set this to be for listings that are priced between $100 and $500 and everything else outside of that range will need to be manually responded to.
5. Set your auto-acceptance percentage. Enabling this will auto-accept any offer that meets or exceeds the set percentage. For example, if you auto-accept offers that are 90% of the listing’s price, you’ll auto-accept an offer of $90 for a $100 item.
6. Specify Counter Offers and Lowball Offers. These features help speed up the offers process, along with allowing you to set your own lowball threshold. Offers below the threshold you set will be automatically declined.
7. Select Save Changes.

Enabling automatic offer responses on the Reverb app

iOS:

1. Select My Reverb in the navigation bar.
2. Select the gear icon on the top left-hand side.
3. Select Edit Shop.
4. Select Edit Other Shop Policies.
5. Scroll down to Your Offers Policies and toggle on the button next to Automatically accept or decline Offers from buyers.
6. Select Save Changes.

Android:

1. Click on the gear icon in the menu .
2. Click on Shop Details.
3. Click on Edit in the top right.
4. Click on Edit Payment and Policies.
5. Scroll down to Your Offers Policies and toggle on the button next to Automatically accept or decline Offers from buyers.
6. Select Save Changes.
