Custom tags are useful if you want to adjust specific parameters of selected listings. It will allow you to manipulate listing information beyond what the main integration settings options provide so that you can have greater control of your synced inventory.
Below you will find a full list of the available custom tags for the Reverb-built Shopify integration. After the list, you will find instructions on how to add these tags.

Items with this tag will not be pushed to Reverb. For items that were previously integrated, adding this tag will prevent any sync updates from Shopify to Reverb, but changes in Reverb inventory will still pushed to Shopify
|Enable sync for a specific item even when the main sync toggle is off||reverbsync:on||Items with this tag will be created as a listing on Reverb, even if the main sync toggle is off|
|Force sync an item that is hidden or zero inventory in Shopify||reverbsync-force:on||Item will sync to Reverb even if it is hidden in Shopify|
|Disable offers||reverbsync-offers:off||Items with this tag will have offers turned off|
|Disable price sync||reverbsync-price:off||The price field in Shopify will not sync to Reverb for products with this tag, even if this is turned on in Settings|
|Specify a 'Make'||reverbsync-make:Fender||This tag can be used to override the Vendor field from Shopify to the Reverb Make field|
|Specify a 'Model'||reverbsync-model:American Stratocaster||Reverb employs a make/model/year/finish guesser that tries to extract well known attributes from your product titles. Make and model are required, but sometimes we can't guess them from your title because we don't have enough data. Use this tag to override the model name. The tag may contain spaces|
|Specify gear condition||reverbsync-condition:Very good||Valid conditions: Non functioning, Poor, Fair, Good, Very good, Excellent, Mint, Mint (with inventory), B-Stock, Brand New|
|Specify a finish||reverbsync-finish:Pelham Blue|
|Specify a year||reverbsync-year:1980s||Years take flexible, human language ranges like "mid 80s" or "1979-1982", or "late 1990s", as well as specific years like "1959"|
|Specify your cost||reverbsync-seller-cost:123.45||Your internal cost will be stored on Reverb for your usage only, to view during listing maintenance or accepting offers. It is never shown to buyers|
|Specify a shipping profile||reverbsync-shipping-profile:Small item||Shipping profiles let you control shipping costs on specific items. Set up your shipping profiles on Reverb|
|Specify that UPC does not apply||reverbsync-upc-does-not-apply:on||Certain product lines are not given a UPC. Adding this tag will allow you to bypass validations that brand new products be given a UPC on Reverb|
|Override Shopify inventory with a custom value||reverb-inventory:3||Some sellers ignore inventory in Shopify and always keep their item in stock, however on Reverb we need to have an inventory amount|
How to apply Custom Tags
These custom tags are applied within the “Tags” field of each Shopify listing. On the Shopify listing editing page, this field can be found on the right-side column. See below:
If you wish to apply custom tags to a large selection of products at once in a quicker way, you can use the Shopify bulk-edit tool, which is found on the Shopify Products page.
