Reverb sellers are able to adjust the Bump percentages on their listings in bulk using CSV exports and imports.
Step by Step Guide
- Visit the Selling > Listings tab within your Reverb account and make sure to select the left sidebar status 'All':
- Click the Export button located on the right side of the page under the Search Listings feature:
- Head to the email address associated with your Reverb account and open the email you receive from Reverb titled "Your Listings Export is Here!" and click the orange Download Export button:
- Open the CSV file using Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets and scroll to the far right column named AS, to view the bump_rate column:
- Enter your preferred Bump percentage between 0.5% and 5% for each listing you'd like, in denominations of 0.5:
- Leaving the column blank will have no effect on any previously Bumped listings
- Specifying 0.0 in this column will remove any bump percentages from the listings
- Formatting as 5.0 or 5 in this column will achieve the same result
- Bump percentages must be set in increments of 0.5 between 0 and 5%, so 3.5 is valid, but 3.7 is not
- Export this file from Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets in a CSV format with text encoding Unicode (UTF-8):
- Visit the Selling > Manage Inventory tab within your Reverb account to view the 'Choose CSV file' button and import your CSV:
- Monitor progress on this tab until you see that all listings have been updated, then head to your Selling > Listings tab to view your Bump percentage updates
