Most shipping carriers offer options to have your package picked up from your location or warehouse. We recommend contacting your local shipping carrier to see if you can arrange a pickup option. Alternatively, If you have a trusted relative or friend that has access to transportation, try contacting them to arrange for assistance.
If none of the above can be done, message the buyer directly to inform them of a shipping delay and try to work out a delayed shipping arrangement. Reverb will not automatically cancel delayed/unshipped orders if we see that an agreement has been made via on-site messaging. If the buyer is unwilling to wait, please issue a refund and re-list the item.
