What should I do if I cannot ship within 3 business days?

If you know that your shipment will be delayed, the first thing you should do is message the buyer directly to inform them of the delay and try to work out a delayed shipping arrangement.

Reverb will not automatically cancel delayed or unshipped orders if we see that an agreement has been made via on-site messaging.

If the buyer is unwilling to wait, please issue a refund and re-list the item.
