My buyers can’t receive their items because of COVID-19 (illness, quarantines, shipping challenges). What should I do?

It’s important to communicate any delayed shipping arrangements with your buyer. Reverb will not automatically cancel delayed/unshipped orders if we see that an agreement has been made via on-site messaging. If the buyer is unwilling to wait, please issue a refund and re-list the item on the site.

Alternatively, if your buyer has a trusted relative/friend in a different location, you can arrange to have the item shipped there. Simply ask them to enter the alternate shipping address during checkout.
