My Payment is Processing, What Does That Mean?

Congrats on the purchase! If your payment shows as processing on your Purchases page for a recent order, it is most likely due to one of the following:

  • You are a new buyer and Reverb is almost done finalizing your phone verification. This can take 24-72 hours.
  • You submitted payment via a PayPal eCheck. These can take 3-7 business days to clear. 


Why hasn't my payment been approved yet?

We take every precaution to ensure the security of our buyers and sellers. Verifying your phone number and information helps us ensure that no one is falsely using your information.
