If you purchased a shipping label through our shipping partner Packlink and need to make a claim for a lost or damaged parcel, you will need to contact Packlink directly for assistance. Reverb Support is unable to assist with Packlink claims.

For obvious damage noticed at delivery, claims should be made with the delivery person and detailed in the proof of delivery. In case the damages were not obvious, keep in mind that you must file the claim within 7 days after receiving the item.
