How do I become a participating retailer?
At this time, we are not accepting more retailers into the program during its limited pilot phase. More information will be shared if we decide to expand the program in the future.
Category inspection checklists
At this time, only eligible items in Mint, Excellent, or Very Good condition from the Electric Guitars, Amps, and Pedals & Effects categories qualify for trade-in.

- Dead spots, fret buzz, or unexpected vibrations exist anywhere along the fretboard.
- Action is too high for the guitar to be playable.
- Electronics are not functional.
