Hello, how can we help you?

What should I do if I still haven't received my earnings?

Quick answer

First, review our payout timeline to ensure enough time has passed to receive your funds. If your earnings still haven’t arrived, a payout delay usually comes down to a tracking or bank detail that needs fixing. Check your order status, then run through the details on this page.

Why your payout might be taking longer

Seller payment timelines can vary based on a number of things, like feedback ratings, sales volume, Preferred Seller status, price of the item, and shipping destination. Some of the most common reasons include:

  • It’s a weekend or holiday. If this is the case, sit tight and we’ll send payment to your bank at the end of the following business day.
2026 bank holidays

January 1 - New Year's Day
January 19 - MLK Jr. Day
February 16 - Presidents' Day
May 25 - Memorial Day
June 19 - Juneteenth
July 4 - Independence Day
September 7 - Labor Day
October 12 - Indigenous Peoples' Day
November 11 - Veterans Day
November 26 - Thanksgiving Day
December 25 - Christmas Day

  • It’s your first sale. If it’s your first sale or you sold with local pickup, you’ll be paid within 2 - 5 business days of the item being delivered (or “marked as received” in the case of local pickup).
  • You sold a higher-value item. Items that sell for more than $2,000 USD go through an extra security check. Your payout will arrive 3–6 business days after the item is marked as delivered.

Still missing your payout? Check these details:

  • Ensure that you uploaded the correct tracking number on your Orders page. If you see the tracking status is not properly reflected, this is most likely the issue.
If you entered the tracking information correctly and the tracking status still has not properly updated, contact Reverb Support.
  • Your bank account information isn’t correct – Head to your Shop Policies page to view the last 4 digits of your bank account. Note that you’ll need to verify your identity with a quick MFA code first. If you want to ensure all your bank details are correct, you can always re-enter your information to be safe.
    • If your earnings were sent to an account with incorrect information, or one that’s closed, your payment should bounce back within 7-10 business days of the initial disbursal. At that time, we’ll email you to update your bank information so we can resend your payment within the next business day.
    • If the last 4 digits of your bank account appear correct, but you’re still having trouble receiving your earnings, contact Reverb Support for further troubleshooting.
