What's happening
Beginning on 15 February 2026, Reverb will no longer be accessible in the following countries:
- Angola
- Bosnia
- Egypt
- Jordan
- Kenya
- Kuwait
- Kyrgyzstan
- Malaysia
- Montenegro
- Morocco
- Nigeria
- Qatar
- Serbia
- Togo
- Trinidad & Tobago
The decision to shutter Reverb in these countries was a difficult one, but ultimately, it will allow us to focus and provide the best experience in the primary regions in which we operate.
As of 15 January 2026, you can no longer buy or sell on Reverb if you’re located in the above mentioned regions. However, you can still access your account to complete any transactions and access any information that you need until 15 February 2026.

I’m a seller located in one of these countries. What should I do?
All pending orders, returns, and more should be completed by 15 February 2026. You may also want to export your order history or record other important information from your account before this date.
How do I export my order history?
You can export all your orders as CSV files from both the Orders and Earnings sections of your Reverb account.

I just made a purchase from one of these countries. What should I do?
Sellers located in these regions can still access their accounts to finish out any orders until 15 February 2026.
Sellers on Reverb have 3 business days to ship an item once Reverb has cleared the buyer’s payment. If your seller has not shipped the item within this timeframe, we recommend messaging the seller for a status update and contacting Reverb Support to ensure your item is received by 15 February 2026.
What will happen to my information (name, email, credit card info, etc.) when the site is no longer available?
When the site is no longer available in a specific country, Reverb will suspend accounts in that location. If you would prefer to request complete account deletion, you can submit that request here and learn more in our Help Center.
Please be aware that depending on your account activity (such as whether you've made purchases or sales on Reverb), we may be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, tax, security, integrity, or compliance reasons for a limited period of time, after which it will be deleted. This deletion is permanent and your account cannot be reinstated.
