How to relist an item after canceling or refunding an order

Quick answer

Once an order is canceled or refunded, sellers can relist their item directly back onto Reverb from their Orders page.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. If your order was refunded, head to your Refunded Orders page. If it was cancelled, navigate to the Canceled Orders page.
  2. Find the order, then select Relist on the right-hand side.

  3. Review and confirm your listing's details. If the condition of your item has changed since the original sale, it's important that you update the listing form accordingly.

4. Click Save & Review Listing.

5. Publish your listing.

How to relist 'Brand New' items

Only Authorized Sellers are able to list items in Brand New condition. 

If you are one of these sellers and need to relist a Brand New item, you can do so by editing the CSV file. If you no longer have the CSV file, or are having issues, you can contact integrations@reverb.com for further assistance.
