Why is my order's tracking status stuck on "Label Created"?

After the seller of your purchase adds tracking information to the order, you can view the status directly on your Purchases page

If you notice the tracking status reads Label Created, that means the shipment has been paid for and it's awaiting the first "in-transit" scan by the carrier.


Occasionally, shipping statuses can remain in the Label Created stage for 1-2 business days after the seller has dropped the package off with the carrier. The shipping status will often update successfully within this timeframe. If your tracking remains in this status for longer than 2 business days, please contact your seller to confirm they've dropped the package off with the carrier.
