To ensure there aren’t any disruptions to your payment from Reverb, it’s important to confirm your bank account information on file. If Reverb sends your payment to an outdated bank account, then it’s likely to bounce back, delaying your deposit.

Shop location
Your shop location is the address you’re shipping from. It’s important to have this updated for return shipping label purposes and for calculated shipping labels, since the system needs to know where the item is shipping from to calculate the shipping cost for the buyer.
With calculated shipping labels, if you change your shop address after the buyer has paid for their order, that may alter the price of the label when you create a new one. If the label cost is more as a result, you would be responsible for this price difference.
Shop policies
Reverb expects all sellers to uphold their shop policies set at the time of the buyer’s purchase.
Return policy: Make sure you’re in agreement with the policy that’s set. For example, if you have preference-based returns enabled at the time of the buyer’s purchase, they’re allowed to return the item for any reason within your set time frame. This will be honored even if your return policy has changed since their purchase.
Shipping policy: The same rule applies here. For example, if your policy at the time of the buyer’s purchase states you’ll ship anywhere in the world, we expect you to honor that – even if your shipping policy has changed since their purchase.
Active listings
Be sure to check on any active listings in your account. If any listings need to be updated or ended, you’ll want to do that as soon as possible before they risk getting purchased. We also recommend that you review your account to ensure that no duplicate listings for the same gear have been created.
