What is Reverb doing in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine?

As of March 18, 2022:

The events unfolding in Ukraine weigh heavily on all of us. To support our sellers in Ukraine, we’ve waived their recent Reverb balances in full and reached out to ensure they know how to access support and manage or pause their shops during this difficult time. We’re also matching eligible charitable donations (up to $750 per person) for Reverb team members who donate to Ukraine relief efforts.

Given the expanding restrictions around shipping and payment options, we’ve suspended sellers based in Russia and Belarus and buyers in these regions are unable to make purchases. We don’t know when business restrictions will be lifted, but we are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates when we can. We’re also adhering to recent US sanctions, which block all commercial activity from the People’s Republic of Donetsk and the People’s Republic of Luhansk and sanction Russian financial institutions.
