How has Reverb expanded customer support hours?

We've expanded the hours you can get support from Reverb instantly through chat, while also adding phone support. Whether you have a question about an order or just want to find the right piece of gear for you, we’ve got you covered.

What’s changed?

  • You can now chat with Reverb Support between 3:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. CT, Monday–Friday, as well as 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CT on Saturday and Sunday.
  • During that time, chat will be the main way to contact our team. Outside of those hours, you can still get in touch with our team via email.
  • To help us expand our chat hours and be more readily available to support you, we’ve introduced Trem—our virtual assistant.
  • Through Trem, you can also schedule a phone appointment for most situations. Appointments are available 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. CT Monday–Saturday.

That’s just the beginning. We’re planning to continue expanding the ways in which you can get in touch.
