How has Reverb expanded customer support hours?

We've expanded the hours you can get support from Reverb instantly through chat. Whether you have a question about an order or just want to find the right piece of gear for you, we’ve got you covered.

What’s changed?

  • You can now chat with Reverb Support between 3:30 a.m.–9 p.m. CT, Monday–Friday, as well as 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CT on Saturday and Sunday.
  • During that time, chat will be the main way to contact our team. Outside of those hours, you can still get in touch with our team via email.
  • To help us expand our chat hours and be more readily available to support you, we’ve introduced Trem—a new virtual assistant.

That’s just the beginning. We’re planning to continue expanding the ways in which you can get in touch. Specifically, we’re working to make our support team available via phone by the end of the year.
