Finding your notifications
Tap or click the bell icon at the top of the screen.
- On the web, the notifications center opens as a panel.
- In the app, it opens as its own screen.
What you'll see
Notifications are grouped into three sections, so the most urgent items are always easy to spot.
Account actions
These are actions within your account that need your attention and are shown as a banner at the top. These stay displayed until they’re resolved.
Some action examples: Verifying your identity, updating an expired credit card, adding or correcting bank details, or providing tax information.
Tasks
These are things waiting on a response from you, with a counter showing how many are open. The counter goes down as you work through these tasks (i.e. reading a message, responding to an offer, shipping an order).
Some task examples: Unread messages, offers awaiting your reply, refund requests, and orders to ship.
Updates related to your Reverb activity
This is everything worth knowing about: Price drops on listings you've saved, matches for your saved searches, sales, and more.
These activity notifications show as unread until you click into them. To clear them all at once, select Mark all as read.
What's not in the notifications center
Messages themselves still live separately. You'll get a task letting you know you have unread messages, but conversations live in your inbox. Notifications are updates from Reverb about buying, selling, and your account.
